(Querist) 31 July 2013 This query is : Resolved
Respected Members,
I have allotment letter and I have completed all my payments towards the flat but now I have to sell off my flat so how can I do it with just an allotment letter only? What option do I have? I am not yet rejistered, I don't have possession letter or NOC from the builder & I want to sell the flat as soon as possible.
Kindly help

yes, you can but its depend on the buyer he/she is satisfy with this or not

You have no title vested in you to transfer.
Hence you need to take builder in your confidence to receive your consideration from the buyer and request the builder to execute sale deed in your buyers favor and to hand over possession too by changing allotment in his favor otherwise unless you get a sale deed as well possession from builder there is nothing as title or possession vesting in you that you can transfer.

Depends, if you are able to get a buyer, who is willing to buy on the basis of allotment letter without possession letter and NOC, etc.
