Can the beneficiary's father witness the will

Hi all,
My grand mother has willed me a property and its been witnessed by my father .Is the Will valid considering my father has witnessed the will.Also note that there are other beneficaries also and the will has been registered .

My grand mother have expired and the other legal heirs are questioning as they are willed with lesser share.
And they are saying that beneficiary father cannnot witness the will

No.. thats not right.. the father of the beneficiary can be a witness.. but there has to be minium two or witnesses.. if there are then no need to worry.. if some people are getting lesser share or not getting share doesnt affect the authentication of the will.

You may show the WILL to able and seasoned counsel.
The questioning in a family room is different from opposing in court.
You may execute the WILL.Once duly executed the WILL may not be under cloud.
Your able lawyer can guide you further how to execute the WILL.
In your city the WILL may not necessarily have to be probated.
However once probated it shall bear the stamp of court.
