Respected lawyers,
I just came to know that my brother 's wife had submitted evidences, which I believe will be all false, as her cases, but can we file a case on her, if we can prove that evidence submitted by her was false too ?
Being a girl I cannot even imagine, other girl being so hard hearted that she make 80 + years old people suffer like this.. I think our education system should teach values as western education system does..
Thanks

When she has filed case, fight it merit.
DurIng her cross examination you can prove her case false.

contest 498A case on merit . wait for your acquital . then you may file case against her if you so desire for making false statement on oath

Well advised by both the experts. Concentrate on contesting 498A case. Rest you can think of later.

Yes, of course, but after your acquittal from charges leveled against you.

As observed by experts, you may first fight it out on merits, get acquitted and then plan ab out another legal war against her.
