Can we file a case in high court n how much time police have to file a chargesheet

we got a land under dam rehabilitation in diffrent village my uncle made a false power of attornaty we filed a complaint(4-8-2011) against him sec, 420,465,466,468,471,434 but still there is no chargesheet filed in court what to do ?
can we go to the high court

You have not mentioned whether a FIR has been lodged by police in that matter or not. If lodged and your uncle had to seek his bail then you should wait for some more time for the conclusion of the enquiry and accordingly filing of final report.
