Sir,
Against H.C order, I am filing the SLP before the SCI. Normally SLP used to be get dismiss as there is discretion of judge to grant leave or not and sometimes important question of law was also ignored purely on the whims of the Hon'ble Bench which was not taken on records as the orders are very sketchy and in majority cases one line orders are there ...In such circumstances, whether writ under Article 32 can be filed if SCI ignored the question of law which also infringes the fundamental rights of the petitioner??

I endorse Adv Aiyer's views on the subject, the words like 'whims' could have been avoided when a reference was made to the honorable apex court
