Cancellation of user id and pass word by irctc

user name and pass word are treated by IRCTC as garbage. Information given by IRCTC is they can not do rectification of the said already provided e mail ID and Mobile phone numbers.

suggest me that to log in with new E Mail ID and New Telephone

I would like to have the same email and Telephone restored in IRCTC web site

what is the procedure to take up the case and with whom it is required to be taken up

It is not a legal query, you can contact the IRCTC customer service.

It would be a difficult and impossible task to get the same Email Id and telephone restored.If you give the same telephone no to new Email Id You will not get access.Better get fresh Email with new telephone no to get your problem sorted out.

Without your consent IRCTC never makes changes with password and user id.
