I own a flat in Kolkata, with one car parking space. Since I don't stay in the unit ( kept under lock and key), I have rented out only the car parking space. Now when I visit the unit ( generally on weekends), the staff deny my car to park there at vacant common area, stating that your alloted space is already occupied. I reason with them that my visit is for some hours, but they won't listen. Requesting any legal remedy

Without verifying the rules and regulations of your society's bylaws, no proper opinion can be formed.

Your demand to park your car seems to be unjustified especially when you have already let out your own parking space on rent.
You can be flexible with the staff instead of agitating with them if you expect out of way favor from them.

The Association doesn't have any bye laws or regulations in this regard. Visitors/guests keep on coming and stay for some hours( like me) for their work and leave thereafter. Problem is the unjust discrimination. Denial for some hours is unjust

I'm also not causing any inconvenience to someone or any obstruction to movement, entry exit. Denial is not a solution.

Pls advise any possible remedy. Society laws are silent, and I understand some space can be allowed for visitors

From your subsequent posts it can be understood that there are some people behind this mischief who are trying to avenge you for their personal reasons.
You take a picture of the guests car parked in the complex and then issue a legal notice to the secretary if they are objecting you to park your car for few hours and inform them that you will take legal action agaisnt them if they do any damage to your car or if they are not permitting you to park in the vacant place for few hours like any other guest and that you are ready to pay the parking charges too for that.

You can call police if the space owned by you is trespassed.
Please also read the constitution of society if it empowers the guards to cancel your allotment.
