Case not listed on the scheduled date

Respected Learned Brothers, I am appearing as party in person before the Central Administrative Tribunal in relation to my service benefits. The CAT has adjourned the case to 09.03.2021 for appropriate orders. The Respondent i.e., my department has not yet filed its reply version. However, on 09.03.2021, my case was not listed in the cause list. I am 200 Kms. away from the bench. What steps I have to take to list my case once again?

You could send an Mail immediately asking for clarification and details for not being Listed to the concerned branch.

As advised by the Learned Experts, I have sent an e-mail followed by speed post to the Registrar. I am much obliged to the Learned Experts and thanks to one and all who have spared their precious time on this query.

Even though the case is posted to a particular date as announced by the presiding officer in CAT (or even High Court), the listing of the case on that day may not happen due to replanning during the list preparation for the day.
The list of cases for every day in the CAT / High Court will be notified only in the previous evening and that causes troubles to parties staying at a distance.
Waiting for the posting of the case for a reasonable time, or enquiring the reason for not posting the case at the registry are two options available to you.
If no proceedural problem is there in listing the case, you can attend the court and make a request to the Tribunal judge to post the case on an early date, before he starts his daily proceedings.
It is a bit difficult for a person, who staying at a distant place, to attend the CAT proceedings because of these sorts of problems like non-listing of cases, delayed listing of cause list etc.

K.Rajasekharan -- Ex Officer as per his Profile. He had already made Very Damaging Comments about Honorable Courts, Honorable Judges and Learned Advocates including the Experts here. Every thing is in Record. He is also in the habit of marketing the websites of himself to the Querist. Inspite of several reminders and requests he had Not Posted his Genuine Address so far.. Better Beware of such fellows.

Respected Learned Experts, after sending the e-mail, my case was listed before the Registrar on 11.03.2021 without any intimation to me. However, I had noticed the cause list in internet and attended before the Dy. Registrar(Adm) as Registrar was on leave. The Dy. Registrar (Adm) has simply adjourned the case to 26.03.2021. The case status in the portal shows the next date of hearing as 09.03.2021 till date. Respected Venu sir, my OA No.382/2020 in CAT Chennai Bench. Once again thank you to one and all in the Learned Forum.
