Change in name

sir my name is manoj kumar surana and i am from tirupati.sir in my passport and in my educational certificates my name was mentioned as manoj kumar jain . where as in all other documents like pan card bank books my name was mentioned as manoj kumar surana where as surana is an part of jain community . i want to change my name in my passport from jain to surana . if i change are my educational certificates will be valid or not. is there any procedure that jain and surana will both valid. please advice me.

very simple you must approach your area gazette publication office , changed into your name as your wish and issue other news paper than get pass port.
