Change in name in educational certificate

Hi,
My name is Dayana George. right from SSLC certificate to my PG certificate my name is given as Dayana George G. What should I do to change my name as Dayana George (by removing the G)

madam what were you doing for so many years?
you should have immediatedly madeapplication for correction of your name in school leaving certificate . now it is too late . unless you obtain orders from court no change would be made in name in certificate .

Sudhir Kumar: it happened when I was in school. My baptism ceritificate had my name as Dayana George. the class teacher said if there is no initial then i would face problem in future, so in school record it is mentioned as Dayana George G and from there it continued.

Ajay Sethi: Now I want to apply for passport, my ration card and other documents like (driving license and pan card) has Dayana George and my educational certificate has Dayan George G. wouldn't this be a problem?

well apply for passport . your driving license, pan card , birth certifcate has correct name . explain to passport officer that by mistake it has been mentioned as gdayan George G and file an affidavi for the same .
