Change of father's name in 10th,inter due to adoption

hello sir,
i'm koushik i have to change my father's name in 10th and inter
i'm adopted by my grand father,so my grand father name should be there in my 10th certificate...
how to change it now?
i have a government gazette regarding that name change
please help

take help of local lawyer.

If u r having Govt Gazette then follow the instruction as per gazette.
Or file civil suit with the help of local lawyer

Gazette itself is a sufficient document and no separate civil suit is required to be filed.
