(Querist) 28 March 2012 This query is : Resolved
Let me know how to change my name in these documents(Passport, Election ID, Driving License, PAN Card, SSLC and PDC and Degree and PG certificates) after i got the Gazzette Notification...

Dear Bibib,
For getting the name changed in each of these documents you need to visit the relevant office from which you have got them issued and then make application in each of these offices for changing the name along with the documents necessary. Every time in each office you will need a notarized or attested copy of the Gazette to support your claim for change of the name. You will have to pay the fees for such amendment in every office. There is no single way you can effect the change.

Apply all concern departments regarding change of your name after compleating required formalities of changing of name.If any of them does not change your name, then file suit for declaration and mandatory injunction against him/her/it.

thank you...

You would need to apply in concerned department individually.
