Changes in living certificate

my father submite birth certificate at time of addmision. afer s.s.c pass school body make mistek in making of living certificate they put wrong date of birth and place .that L.C i am submit in junior college all so they allso make same L.C .now for passport DOB and PLACE will be derffent in L.C and birth certificate . how i can chage DOB and Place in my L.C ? please sugest prosses .

You ca not change date of birth anymore. You can only apply for corrections of date.
For this you need to swear an affidavit.

submit documents for correction of date of birth in educational documents as per their procedure.
