I have following queries related to the Charitable Trust Employees;
1)If a Charitable Trust wants to appoint some employees for its day to day social work what kind of rules and regulations shall be applicable to such an employee?
2)Is there any format of appointment letter for trust employee?
3)is trust employee applicable for PF?

The board of trust will decide about such issues in its meeting and will be noted in the minutes book. Once it has been decided in the meeting, you may discuss about the nature of employment and other terms and conditions to the employees including the PF details. This is a local issue within the Trust board members.
