Cheque Bounce

Dear All,

I have an problem with my customer. I have delivered some goods to him & recd. cheque against that delivery. But now cheque has bounce & customer is not giving any positive reply.

Can anyone please advise me what step i should take against him. Where can i file complaint for cheque bouncing & is it worthfull or i have to take loss for the same.

Your query is silent on how many days have elapsed since the cheque bounced, since there is a period of limitation for filing a complaint under sec.138 of the NI Act for the cheque bounce

you can file cheque bouncing case at any where
1-where cause of action arrires.or
2-where your address or
3-where opposit party address or
4-where bank switched.
any where you are convinient you can file cheque bouncing case.

2-file the case
if your case is timebard then file a case of recovery of money u/s-37 c.p.c.
