hi
i have one query that is "i saw and advertisemet in the web site i want to buy a jeep as in the website they stated that they buy a mahindra jeep and modify as we want and deliver the same
i contacted over the phone deal is ok for 5 lacks one day i went to their place and paid 1 lack cheques and 2.3 lack through NEFT they given me sale agreement on letterhead
then after they are picking my calls and not responding my mails so that i came to conclusion to cancel the sale agreement the same i informed to them after some days they given me 50k cheque the same was bounced
please clear my dought that i can file a complaint u/s 66D of Information technology act

66D would be of no help.
First send them notice and then file case u/s 138 NI Act.
You can file case of cheating a swell.
Do contact an advocate immediately.
