Cheque bouncing-company in nclt

Dear Sir,

My query is whether any provision in NCLT law is there to protect company against cheque bouncing case .
I was issued cheque against my full & final settlement, these cheques are getting bounced now, The account from which company had issued cheques, has been stopped by the IP and they have been instructed to use the CC account. When I approached the CEO/Directors of the company regarding this issue, they said as per the NCLT law, we are not responsible for cheque bouncing as they have not stopped operating that bank account but IP did it, also that NCLT gives shelter against cheque bouncing case.

Kindly suggest how can I fight for my legitimate dues.

Author need to explain the precise fact of case.
With out fact of case on can't predict the provision of any law.

I was employed with a company, I served them for more than 10 years. The company was suffering from financial crisis due to which few of my salaries were pending. After resigning, they were not willing to clear my full & final settlement ( which includes pending salaries as well), for which I filed a complaint with the local police station, after which I was issued cheques for every month till 2018 starting from Jan,2017. The first four cheques got cleared, during this period the company has applied for insolvency under NCLT, and IP is deputed in the organisation. I was issued cheque from a different bank (not lead bank) on which lien has been applied by the lead bank. My cheque due for May has got bounced, the company isn't willing to pay , as per them they are protected by NCLT against cheque bouncing cases. Please suggest the further course of action.
