Sir,
there is one citation given below here.I want to cite this judgment in 125 crpc case.
1. PETITIONER MUST CLAIM SHE IS UNABLE TO MAINTAIN
HERSELF FOR RELIEF OF MAINTENANCE.
Allahabad H.C. dated 25.03.1976. Manmohan Singh vs Smt
Mahindra Kaur: B.N. Katju, J.- 3. Under Section 125(1)(a), Cr.,
P. C. 1973 maintenance allowance cannot be granted to every
wife who is neglected by her husband or whose husband
refuses to maintain her but can only be granted to a wife who
is unable to maintain herself.

This judgement I have already. I have download from indian kanoon .com. But my lawyer is telling me that we should have authentic document to produce before the court. I want to know the journal this has reported. I have already search but did not get.

Pls. Don't mind sir.
Lawyers always not correct. I have very bad experience with my lawyer. My lawyer don't have experience in 125 crpc. I can not explain here everything.

I hope none of the lawyers has "ever" invited you, isn't it.
