is it right that claim petition us 163 A is meant for only persons/claimant having income less than Rs. 40000/- per Annum.I want to file a claim petition us 163 A and i am income tax payee,having income more than Rs. 3 lac per year, i have already lodged a ITFAQIA Accident Report/DDR in Police station against another vehicle.Kindly advice.Thanx

163 m.v.act including 163(a)
scheme for payment of compensation in case of hit and run motor accident!
163'A'-PROVIDED THAT NO SUCH RETROSPECTIVE EFFECT SHALL BE GIVEN .
see yr mattar fit in these circumstances so it is applicable!

Sir, matter is still unresolved, Kindly explain plz.Regards.............In my case a motorcycle hit me when motorcyclist tried to save a straw dog,,,this all was happened ITFAQIA and a DDR of ITFAQIA accident was got registered by me,,(Not FIR)as there was nobody on fault....i was treated and operated for multiple injuries and fracture.....Thanks
