Sir, I have completed Bachlor of General Law B G L in annamalai university 2 Year Law course in Distance mode Regarding This can I next eligible for admission to LLM? if yes, after completion LLM can I practice as a advocate plese give me instruction sir.

Unfit query, no legal dispute is involved.

You can start practicing law even before passing LL.M. but after enrollment with the Bar Council of your state.

B.G.L.Degree is not recognized by BCI.

LLB degree through distant mode is not recognized by the Bar Council.

For LLM refer the prospectus of the concerned institution.

BGL degree by distance education, is not recognized by Bar Council. You can not get a seat in LLM.

You can not enroll as an advocate.

The Partners of the Fraudelent Company "Gemmia Oil Tech Ltd" which had cheated the Indian Public to the tune of Rs.900 Crores and Suspended in BSE and SEBI and One is an Active Director who is not supposed to Practice as Per BCI norms and Other is a Silent Partner with no Profile/Details about her self.Obviously it is a Criminal Record behind them.If at all the "Gemmia Oil Tech Ltd" is a genuine company Post the genuineness.Many of the Innocent Investors had Committed Suicide also after loosing their hard earned money in this Cheating Company.

Any one could verify the BSE website typing the name of the company "Gemmia Oil Tech Ltd" where that Person is confirmed as Active Director.

Silence is nothing but acceptance of the Facts.Many Innocent Indian Investors had committed Suicide because of the Fraudelent Company "Gemmia Oil Tech Ltd" headed by the above persons and their other company is Naftogaz Ltd for which the Above person had submitted a Valuation Report of Rs 2000 Crores (Refer BSE website) which is another Fraud.

I agree with the opinion of expert Mr. Arunagiri that the bachelor degree of law obtained through distant education is not recognised and LLM may not be pursued on this support.
