Respected experts,

I am thanking you for your valuable information.

some more doubts pls kindly provide the inofrmation.

1) The authorization letter to whom Whether the Registrar or the President of NCDRC.

I am going to file the RP by PARTY IN PERSON through my son, in this situation

2) Do i have to get Notary Advocate Signature in Affidavit and Verification? is it mandatory or optional?
( Because in the revision pettion sample format they have mentioned DEPONENT below that BEFORE ME below that ADVOCATE is mentioned so i am requesting this information)

3) During the file of the Revision petition how much fee to be paid?

You better seek help of some lawyer, there are too many doubts in your mind.

Delhi is quite far from Chennai, so it will be prudent to have services of some lawyer so that things can be done in a smooth manner.

dont worry, not every lawyer charges exorbitantly.

You may send your son to Mr. Nanda, he is a Delhi based lawyer and has appeared before the NCDRC also.
