In my opinion the standard format for opening a bank account can be modified suitably for closure also. However, nowadays, each bank is having their own set of rules and format, hence it is advisable to approach the banker for the format.

Expert should keep in mind that such queries are being posted only in case of urgency. Even i could have got it from my records. But my computer was not running well and i was in hurry.
I have noted some common replies like, already posted, available elsewhere.etc.
No prob i will manage this time but i would love to see the moderators coming out with proper clarifications as to what should b asked for or what not so that u dont get repeated queries.

Why are you showing your impatience, what we suggested was what the bankers are doing nowadays, no bank has any standard format since each bank are getting the formats designed by their own legal departments. Further, you may require it urgently that is your problem, we can only guide you here. I donot appreciate your outbursts on the forum

Its your opinion. Eve i dont agree with your views.
I know very well waht banks are doing here. If that had been the story then i would have not asked for it.
U should first inquire as to why a particular query is asked or why a thing demanded for.
U could have avoided answering to this query if u dont find it worth but atleast lets other reply if they are of differenct opinion.

I think the guests and members of the forum should try to maintain dignity and decorum of the forum. should anyone desire to make such personal or unpalatable or harsh comments, it is better to express through personal message. I appeal to all to keep restraint and show respect for each other. I DONT WANT TO BLAME EITHER MR. SHAL OR MR. VISHAL. I am just telling what should be avoided. Please do not misunderstand me.

Dear Mr. Shah, as you are corporate advocate, i dont need to provide the format so i am just expressing my inputs.
i would advise hereby to make a resolution which must include the bank account and further details. it must record the reasons also why its being closed. also transfer of amounts after final settlement should be entioned. the authoriy f the authorised signatory shall cease to exist.
if u need any resolution draft please tell em.
