I am a member of co-operative housing society. In 2010 the election was conducted for housing committee. The term was from Jan 2010 to Jan 2013. It is Dec-12 but still no election programme is declared. The same committe is being going continued.
Moreover they have called for a meeting to adopt new model bye-laws for our society. My question is do they have right to call for a meeting and adopt bye-laws?
Please help me with your advice.
Regards,
Janhavi

You need to force the management to hear your voice and it also requires support of other members.

Thank you Sir. There are only 2 women members in our society. As per Model bye laws the women quota is increased to 2, Am I correct?
