Co.operative society bylaw

hello sir,
i stay in cooperative society frm last 20 yrs, and my society(committe) members have decided not to allow any one to keep pots of small plants in thr house , so they r asking me to throw all my plants ,my house is private terrace ownership and they say due to plants or pots it will cause leackage problem to the flat down my terrace , i stay on top floor, as well if i keep plants on window thy say colour of building will b damage , so kindly guide me wth my rights and law.

It depends upon the bye laws of your society by which the terms of living in the society are governed. If they permit and have no provision for others to make any rule like the one you have mentioned in your problem, you can continue with your palnts else not. If we are living in the society , it is our family and if majority of family members decide something we must honour them, it will decrease chances of unnecessary conflict.
