Apply in concerned institute/ college / university and find out. Is it a legal query ? LCI Admin should have filtered such question, which has no dispute for consideration and obligation of legal experts.

To be a Lecturer there should be a Master,s Degree in the relevant subject with 55% Marks. Having higher Qualification in the related Subjects would be advantage.
