Commercial activity in residential appartment

Dear Sir

I am staying in a residential apartment in bangalore . Association Sectary has given our community hall on rent to a cloth sale for two days.
under which law legal action can be taken. association byelaws still not made.

write letter to secretary pointing out that community hall cannot be given on rent without any resolution being passed in Managing committee

Better check out if the secretary has the power to rent out the community hall and the purposes for which that can be rented out.
