Common boundary

I own a single shop room in 3 shop room building.my shop is middle of other two.so wall of my room is common wall between two rooms.
If other two shop room owners going to demolish their room by renovation, can they demolish common wall which is boundary of my room.i want possess my room as it's current position.can i get protection from Court ?I want detain them from wall demolition

It could be that they are undertaking renovation of their rooms without, in any way, touching the common wall or adversely affecting your rights.

If they touch your rights then you have to file a case against them. But they may not do like that. Ask them friendly how are they going to renovate and are they touch the common wall.

Yes, if you have reasonable apprehension about their plan to demolish your common wall, you may seek remedy from the Court of law and protect your rights & interests

If you do not agree for renovation after demolish common wall, file a suit to seek a permanent and mandatory injunction against neighbours from jurisdictional civil court through a local prudent lawyer.

Modernisation or continuous upkeep without disturbing common wall your neighbour may be working on. Talk to them to know more about and in case of demolishing common wall against your rights and interest, take the help of experienced lawyer of your area for right advise to take interim injunction to stop the work pending disposal of case.
