Complaint against notary appointed by central govt.?

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 24 December 2011 This query is : Resolved
He has notorised a power of attorny in absence of me and other co owners and not recorded the same in his Notary register, not taken our signs on his register becuase no one is present before him at any given point of time or not before any Advocate.

How can I make a complaint against Notary appointed by central govt.?

Another fact is that the same power is a forged one. With that forged notorised power of attorny one of our reletive registered a conveyance Deed of our joint property.

In short Notary has not performed his duties properly.Because of this we all suffered irrepairable loss

You should take actions against the people who forged the documents.

How are you sure that the notary has not taken signartures in the register?
