Confidentiality bond with r&d personnel

Dear Members,
Can anyone guide in drafting a confidentiality bond with R&D personnel of a chemical lab or share the draft if any?
The intention is to curb the R&D personnel from sharing chemical formulations while in employment, and few years after employment or not to be associated with competitors for a few years after employment.
Members guidance solicited.

I hope this forum is also for students and young professionals who are learning and seek appropriate guidance.
It is incorrect to conclude that anybody putting a query is money oriented and selfish. We as professionals have a broad attitude aiming at healthy discussion and sharing knowledge. Purpose of such discussion is also to enlighten other young professionals who go through the posts.
