Dear Mr. Anonymous will go point wise please answer the following issues 1)Is it Sale/or Purhcase power given to Mr. X ? 2) Is it duly regitered? 3) In the sale deed whether consenting party has taken some consideration (In Cheques)? 4)what is litigaion dispute?/ what is present stage of that dispute? 5)whether you agreed in written to paid Consenting party any additional payment?
