Confusion against hindu succession act 2005

(Querist) 20 November 2012 This query is : Resolved 
The case is admitted in High court. The will made by defendant 1 is fake.the defendant 1 and his three sisters are from second wife. then how the Hindu succession act gives equal rights and the case has separate view that the plaintiff made available resources for there life and at the end plaintiff not even got 50 % of the property though he is from first wife.

If marriage was validly done the children out of second marriage can inherit.

Instead of taking law in your hands, you wisely have to prove the will as forged. You case has crossed the limits of lower and first appellate court and now is fixed before High Court so believe upon your lawyer and court. If there is force in your case then definitely you shall get the desired results otherwise have further opportunity to make appeal before Supreme Court of India.
