What is the time period within which I can file contempt petition for not following order in Exec. petition?

What sort of order is passed in the execution petition? No specific time is there for this type of petitions .

Execution petition is filed only when the judgment debtor fails to obey or comply with the decree or order of the court. Then where is the need for separate petition for contempt? You have to seek the consequential penal remedy for such non compliance in the execution petition itself and not separately.
You can seek arrest or attachment of property in the Execution Petition itself.There is no such procedure in CPC for doing it separately.
