Dear Sir,
I am the flat owner situated at Krupa deluxe apartments near DAV Public school, Hyderabad.
My flat opposite Flat owner has kept big tree pots in the lobby / alley causing very hardship and accidents while moving.

So, please draft send me a draft letter under what act I can send him to remove the big tree pots in the lobby / alley.

Make complaint to your flat owners society to take immediate action for get removing the tree pots from lobby.If society do not take any action in this regard then move to court .
