1. which form is used for obtaining certified copies of judgement of his case by the plaintiff.
2. can plaintiff obtain copies himself or signatures of advocate are must on the form.
3. can plaintiff apply for 10 certified copies at a time since he has to submit the same at different places.
4. what is the fees for obtaining one certified copy of a civil case in a distt. court, in delhi.
5. where fees can be paid and whether it is cash or by any other mode.
6. In how may days roughly, copies are made available by courts.
7. Any other point worth knowing for obtaining certified copies from a distt. court in a civil case.

Ask from court clerk or clerk of any advocate.

Plaintiff can obtain copies himself. You may buy form from any vendor in Court compound, from where you can get all information.

1. which form is used for obtaining certified copies of judgement of his case by the plaintiff.
Ans: A Typist in Court premises will Type out and fix reqd Court fees for you
2. can plaintiff obtain copies himself or signatures of advocate are must on the form.
Ans : plaintiff can obtain copies himself also
3. can plaintiff apply for 10 certified copies at a time since he has to submit the same at different places.
Ans : yes
4. what is the fees for obtaining one certified copy of a civil case in a distt. court, in delhi.
Ans : Rs.4 for Ordinary/ Rs. 7 for Urgent per page , in mah State . [ In Delhi it may differ slightly.]
5. where fees can be paid and whether it is cash or by any other mode.
Ans : A Typist in Court premises will/ or any Advocate will show you the room/ concerned clerk/ official
6. In how may days roughly, copies are made available by courts.
And Urgent 2-7 days Ordi 5-30 days depends on workload of office.
7. Any other point worth knowing for obtaining certified copies from a distt. court in a civil case.
Ans: carry ur ID if in person.

When I go to unknown place, I hire a Driver of that area. His charges saves my petrol and OIL, and my precious time to find out how to go , where not to go and so on.It saves double.
So hire Adv. services.
I guess, u need all these for Family courts at Saket in New delhi for your Case. that went EX Parte , as u did not hire Advocate for your case.
