For Dena bank to whom the process should be served.

If you want to file a case against a branch of the bank and its officials, you can serve it to the branch.

If you have to file a case against the entire management of the bank serve it to the Chairman of the bank.

A complaint copy can be sent to RBI officer of that Bank, which is prescribed under the law.
