If I move to court how much time it will take to correct name and DOB in SSC certificate. I went to her school and asked about this, they replied you have only one year to correct mistakes in ssc certificates

it is not a legal query.
Even the clerks in board office can guide of the procedure.
You can sue the board if you can prove that she gave correct date and board wrote wrong date

Apply, talk personally, get it done fast. If they resist, issue legal notice and pull them to court.

This is not a clerical error so Board is not responsible to make its correction as an administrative act rather order of the court shall bound the board to do the needful in the interest of natural justice.
