You should have come with a clear query by showing your own link with the problem, instead of using the terms a, b, c, or x, y, z.

Your query is still incomplete, as you have not stated how much was the sale proceeds collected from auction and what amount you owed to 'X' including the interest? If the proceeds exceeded the payable dues you could approach the court with application to claim the balance amount.

Yours' is an algebraic query, where x is the creditor and A (an owner of property in tenancy of B)then in execution of a money decree passed in a recovery suit of X against A the Court can auction the property in possession of B.After this point even your algebra is unclean.
