I had done court marriage from delhi tis hazari but im from ghaziabad uttarpardesh.is there is any problem due to different state.?

Tis Hazari Delhi do not register/issue marriage certificate.

Get the so called "court marriage" certificate checked by a local lawyer in Gaziabad.

It is invalid marriage, get proper marriage solemnized as per rituals and ceremonies.

Not able to agree or disagree.

He simply;y stated that :-

(i) his address is ghaziabad.
(ii) marriage is registered at Delhi.

He is hiding the fact:-

(i) where marriage took place
(ii) where is address of spouse
