Credit Card debt

I have credit card debt about 180000 rs from 2008. but unable to pay in any condition. But the recovery agency keep harassing my parents. What legal action they can take against me or my Parents?

This is surprising that you used the credit card without any earning matching your expenses. That is abuse of credit card system

see how much you can pay and negotiate with agency who may leave a part of interest. In any case credit card interest rates are too high and we dont support it.Breakdown your liability in actual spent amount and interest amount.
Your movable and immovable assets can be attached by bank if you have any.or get a part of your salary attached.

They cant demand it from your parents.
