REspected Sir,
My dad’s ancestral property is in kerala. Certain persons encroached based on forged will. Civil case pending. For speedy remedy we approached police to file FIR . Police refused.
So we filed private complaint u/s. 200 crpc before CJM Court , trivandram .
1. Now the question is, at this stage can we seek direction from High Court u/s. 482 CRPC ,directing police authorities to file FIR and shall we withdraw this private complaint u/s. 200 crpc ?
2. Or what is the remedy for our quick disposal?
3. Can we approach the Kerala state Human rights Commission for denial of our rights, as the opponents denied entry into our property and threatened us .
4. If we need to approach Kerala state Human rights Commission what is the procedure generally?

What is the current status of your private complaint?
This is not at all a human rights case.

Dear Experts,
THe sworn statement has been recorded and just numbered. The Magistrate need to examine further witness from complainant ( my father ), before summoning the respondents .
But the prob is none of the vwitness ( my father's sisters) are prepared to come , as they are more aged and are sick .
So wat can we do for quick disposal. Can we seek direction u/s. 482 ?
