Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 30 September 2012
Facts admitted need not be proved. However the plaintiff will have to prove his own case and he can not bank upon solely on the admitted or weakened case of the defendant.

I completly agree with Barman sir
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 30 September 2012
The evidence of any witness is read in its entirety. If a witness has admitted any fact either in chief or cross-examination of contesting or consenting party then it shall be read accordingly but if he one time admits and other time refuses then his evidence shall be treated as confusing or confused and his reliability shall thus be affected adversely.
