Cutting of water and drainage connection

I want to know that can a society or association have power to cut water supply and drainage connection of the member of the society........

What remedy can a member have if his water and drainage connection got cut.........as per law.

no society cannot disconnect water supply . file police complaint against society for disconnecting water supply

Yes, do lodge complaint. Society has no power to disconnect essential services.
