If a person have a petrol pump dealership as in individual capacity then can be s/he become proprietor/partner/director of another outlet dealership at other place/location/state under same corporation (IOCL/BPCL/HPCL).Is it valid in eye of law ?

And what is effect of if any company/partnership firm have multiple dealership in same corporation, are those invalid or forged ?

I have a petrol pump in U.P. and due to collusion and corruption of corporation and land owner its near to be terminate, my question is meanwhile can I taken another dealership of same corporation or after the termination will I disqualified to be taken for further petroleum dealership in future ? I have some example of company and partnership firms who have multiple dealerships in same corporation,
but are they valid in eye of law ?

SEEMS TO BE A TOTALLY HYPOTHETCAL CASE!

Had you been a petrol pump dealer and your dealership was going to be terminated, you would not have come on this platform with your casual query. You could well have rushed to some local lawyer to get hold of termination by filing a case in the court of law along with application for stay.
