Debaring a member of chs from contesting election to managing committee

(Querist) 28 November 2012 This query is : Resolved
Sir,
I had complained to the Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies about the irregularities and wrong doings of the MC in our society. The DDR had ordered certain measures to be taken immediately by the Managing committee which the managing committee has failed to comply till date. Now the elections are being conducted and the same members are contesting the elections for a second term. Request please suggest/advise As what action needs to be taken to debar the same members from contesting the elections.
Thanks and regards.

if members of managing committee had failed to comply with orders of Registrar you should have approached registrar for appointing administrator of society .

now that fresh elections are called the other members should join hands and prevent them for being re elected

You should again approach the same authority and demand its execution and order for the postponement of elections immediately and then take over the society.
