Deed of Guarantee

Dear All,

Kindly enlighten me as to whether, a orginal suit can be brought on a Deed of Guarantee (Personal)and obtain attachment of other property and joint property of the guarantor.

There must be a clause in the Deed of Guarantee regarding 'attachment of properties'; If the individual's property is found to be insufficient by reasons of alienation (in such case it will be a 'wilful default on the part of guarantor', the attachment of joint property can be sought;
