Delay in joining of Postal Assistant

Respected Sir/Madam
I am selected as a postal Assistant at Uttrakhand circle as per my result announced on 24th nov. 2014. But unfortunately Department ot Post abeyance joining all 22 circle all over india. On 11th september Department revoke abeyance of 10 circle and cancelled 4 circle recruitment. Remaining circle are held in abeyance till now and Department always giving unsatisfied answer. Somebody told me, completed 1 year after publishing result we can't do anything against the Department. Please help what i do. Reply as soon as possible.

Found Malpractice in some circle. Approx. 1000 rti has been filed and all rti has given unsatisfied answer.

In my circle at least 40% has been already joined since April 2015 before abeyance.

Rti Q.1. was. What is the reason of abeyance all joining?
Ans. Malpractice in some circle.
Q2. Duration of investigation.
Ans. No time limit.
Q3. No. Of fraud candidate found in circle.
Ans. Only one candidate found in uttrakhand circle and investigation is under process.

What reply do you think the experts can give for this. Nobody can predict the time take for investigation on such matters. You can file a writ petition before high court by gathering all other affected people on your side.

You are mistaken, if you think that the experts here can act as the spokesmen of the Postal Department.

Better knock the door of the authorities of the Postal Department for any information you desire.

deptt is under no obligation to fill and advertised post.

If regularities have taken place then whole exam can be scrapped.
