Dear Experts,
Kindly can any one explain me what are the major points to be considered while drafting frenchise agreement and how is the stamp duty calculated for the same

complete discription, complete introduction of frenchiser and franchisee, complete rules, procedure in case of violation of terms and conditions, arbitration clause, if accepted, advance/security money whether shall fetch interest or not, future increase/enhancement in business, in case of failure of the either of the parties due to any reason, mode of payment etc. all these terms should be specifically discussed and should be made part of the agreement.
Stamp duty rates are state ot state different.
