Development committee agreement

We are in the process of Development , our Secretary had given resignation.
Society Committee appointed one member as Secretary by passing the resolution in committee meeting , Same was also informed to Registrar of Society. Our Society Development Committee Agreement contain old Secretary name and sign.

1. We would like to remove our old secretary name and want to add new name in DC ?
2. Also wasn’t to modify some clauses in DC Agreement ?

the agreement has not been signed yet . so changes can be made . you cna vary the terms of agreement before it is approved by all members .

Any term can be got changed with mutual negotiation prior to finalization of the agreement.
