Owner is unable to make sale deed due to law of below 10 gunda no sale deed . for that he is ready to give development agreement with irrvocable power of attorny.
is any risk inthis case .please consult thanks

for 10 guntas also registration can be done. but the market value of the property shall be taken on square yards rate.

Which law says that no registration in respect of land below 10 Guntas?
