General academic query without specific problem! How you are concerned with every lessee?
Dushyant Pandya (Querist) 09 October 2012
Leases for Liquid Tank Terminal granted by Kandla Port Trust way back. Now, leases were expired long back since 1998. Inspite of evicting one by one in ascending order as per date of expiry of lease, Kandla Port Authorities evicting only targeted lessees. Even the said targeted lessees are paying lease rent as per market rate and rest are neither evicted nor paying lease rent.

What will be the remedy available with targeted lessees?
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 09 October 2012
